DOH Request for RFPs

DOH is seeking a contract consultant to support the efforts of the Health Equity Zones Initiative (Senate Bill 5052). The bill created an important foundation for DOH to support communities in addressing the health inequities they want to prioritize. Using a community-driven process, storytelling and public health data will inform the selection of up to three Health Equity Zones, which will receive ongoing technical assistance to implement projects to improve health in their communities.

The consultant will guide the work of the Community Advisory Council, including selection of the Health Equity Zones, and support the formation of the community collaboratives in each of the Health Equity Zones once they are identified.  The full RFP is available online and bids must be submitted by Wednesday, May 11 at 3:00 pm.
