Bachelor's Degree Scholarship Completion Pathway
The Bachelor's Degree Completion Pathway is for early learning professionals who need to complete the last two years of their BA or BAS degree. This pathway is for those who have completed an associate degree or a Direct-Transfer Agreement (DTA), and have already applied to, or been admitted to, a Washington State bachelor's degree program in early childhood education or a similar, approved field. Annually awarded to minority students who are interested in pursuing careers in chemistry-related science. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, be African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, or American Indian, be graduating high school seniors or current undergraduate students, plan to major or currently be majoring in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology, or another chemistry-related science, and meet a minimum 3.0 GPA requirement. Through the generous Washington College Grant (WA Grant), eligible College Bound students who fulfill the pledge get free public college tuition, or an equivalent amount for an approved private college or career school. Students must apply for financial aid and attend a participating college in Washington.

The “Ya es tiempo” Scholarship
The “Ya Es Tiempo” is an Scholarship opportunity from the Centro Cultural Mexicano. Applicants must be of Latino descent, living in the state of Wahington and be first current first-generation college students at or below 80% AMI.
The Point Foundation BIPOC Scholarship aims to mitigate generations of racism and an education system born from discriminatory policies by providing financial support, community resources, and professional development to LGBTQ students who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
Congressional Internship Program
The CHCI Congressional Internship Program (CIP) provides college students of any major with a paid placement in a congressional office for a period of 10 weeks (Summer) or 12 weeks (Fall). Promising Latino undergraduates and recent graduates from across the country are selected for this unmatched leadership training program. Students gain work experience, participate in community service, and receive educational and professional programming provided by CHCI.
Applicants to the Congressional Internship Program must currently be enrolled full-time and working towards their undergraduate degree in the academic period prior to participation. Recent graduates who graduate in the term prior to the program session may also apply. Students are not required to enroll in classes during their internship. Learn more
The Gates Scholarship
The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding, minority, high school seniors from low-income households. With the launch of The Gates Scholarship Program in 2017, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation continues its long-standing commitment to helping outstanding minority students who come from low-income backgrounds realize their maximum potential.
In addition to funding, The Gates Scholarship will provide further support to Scholars, by engaging with them and their institutions in a variety of ways, to ensure they have access to the resources and services they need, from their first to last day of classes, through graduation and the transition to their chosen careers.
Educator Retooling Conditional Scholarship
The Educator Retooling Conditional Scholarship is offered to educators in Washington State pursuing an endorsement. Special consideration is given to veterans of the armed forces. The Washington State Educator Workforce Program (EWP) provides financial aid to attract and retain teachers to work in subjects or locations of high need known as shortage areas. Learn more!
The National Security Agency offer internships, scholarships, a co-op program and other programs for students in high school up through doctoral candidates. The application process for our student programs is the same as our job application process.
Louis Stokes Education Scholarship (STOKES) PROGRAM
The Stokes Educational Scholarship Program allows you to gain valuable experience in your field while attending college and earning a degree. You will acquire real-world experience and receive a salary year-round. After you graduate college, you won't have to go through the job search hassle—we will hire you for a position in your area of study. By participating, you will agree to work for the NSA for at least 1.5 times the length of your study after graduation.
This scholarship covers tuition and mandatory fees up to $30,000 per year, a salary, and housing and travel costs during your summer employment if the school is more than 75 miles from headquarters. It also includes federal benefits.

Lideres Avanzando Scholarship
Launched in 2016, Lideres Avanzando is a College Retention Scholarship program for first and second year Latinx students (DACA and undocumented students are also eligible to participate).
