Attend a Paid Leave rulemaking meeting
Attend a rulemaking meeting
On March 2, 2022, the Leave and Care Division filed a CR-102 for Paid Family and Medical leave rulemaking. The CR-102 was filed to amend existing rules related to the required waiting period, proration and typical work week hours, and petitions for review. View text of the proposed rules and supporting documents in the “Current Rulemaking” section.
A rulemaking hearing will be held via TEAMs and we encourage anyone interested in the proposed rules to provide testimony. We will also accept written comments on the proposed rules by email through the close of business on April 5, 2022.
When: April 5, 2022, 9:00 a.m.
Information on how to attend the hearing can be found in the “Upcoming Meetings” section.
Please note that this hearing is not related to any application or claim you may have filed with the department. This is an opportunity for you to voluntarily provide testimony on proposed Paid Leave regulations at a public hearing that is required by law. Attendance is optional.
