Stakeholders' Meering - Renewal of the 1115 Medicaid Transformation Waiver

Home and Community Services Division invites you to join us for a virtual HCS Stakeholders meeting to provide information regarding the:

  • Renewal of the 1115 Medicaid Transformation waiver for another five years (effective January 2023 – December 2027).

Please use one of the links below to register for the meeting to learn more about the renewal of the Medicaid Alternative Care (MAC) and Tailored Supports for Older Adults (TSOA) programs as well as the new Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) elements being requested in the waiver. We will be offering two different options for you to choose from, a morning meeting or an afternoon meeting. The content of both meetings will be the same.
