LLN group to tackle Latino workforce issues
The LLN Best Practices Subcommittee is seeking members to support our efforts! By joining this subcommittee you will positively contribute to the Latino state workforce by:
Identifying Latino workforce trends, issues, and possible solutions;
Developing policy recommendations and resources to increase inclusion and representation of Latino state employees; and
Promoting successful policies and programs.
Whether your strength is research, writing, or coordinating group work, we have a spot for you. The group has a variety of needs and roles to fill.
The first meeting will be Feb. 27, 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Department of Retirement Systems in Tumwater.
