Can I participate on state time? Yes! The state Office of Financial Management, which oversees business resource groups like LLN, says employee participation in BRGs is work-related and a leadership priority. Participation during your work hours requires approval from your supervisor or agency, however, agencies are expected work with employees who are interested in participating.
