Discover how to unleash your inner genius and inspire creativity within your team
The Latino Leadership Network is partnering with Thrive at Work, an organizational development and wellness company, to offer a free professional development workshop.
Inspiring Creative Solutions To Workplace Problem-Solving, is designed to show you how to work with your inner genius and be inspired by your team members. This workshop can be very useful for leaders, managers, and supervisors who want to find ways to unleash the potential of their team, and can help anyone who wants to inspire creativity for themselves and others in the workplace. Creativity is necessary in all kinds of work, especially as more is demanded with fewer resources.
This will not be a typical workshop. Thrive at Work has developed an interactive, storytelling approach to creatively convey the key lessons. The workshop will be 2 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, at the Labor & Industries Building in Tumwater.
To ensure a quality experience, seating is limited and preregistration is required. Please register on EventBrite. (Due to technical issues with EventBrite, the registration link has been updated and we've extended the sign up period.)
The team at Thrive at Work has decades of experience working with both state agencies and the private sector. They create unique workshops and learning experiences to bring scientifically validated methods to create better workplaces and better workplace experiences.
