The Washington State Latino/Hispanic Assessment is the bi-annual publication of the State of Washington Commission on Hispanic Affairs, whose mission is to represent the Hispanic community in state government in order to empower Hispanics to exercise their right to equal opportunity in education, housing, health and economic development. This assessment serves as a guide for understanding the needs, challenges, and the potential of the Hispanic sector in Washington. CHA began publishing this report in 2005.
